What Does Acne Come From?

Most acne medicines don't do anything to stop the real cause of acne. They cover up the symptoms. People buy acne products every month because of this (year after year). The acne would come back every time they stopped using the product.

Find out what's causing your acne and do something about it.

So, what's really behind acne?

Acne happens when your kidneys and bowels can't eliminate all the harmful things in your body. (Your kidneys and bowels are the main ways your body gets rid of waste and toxins.)

Toxins can be caused by chemicals stored in the fat that the liver can't get rid of. Toxins can also be caused by problems with fat digestion, fat buildup, food allergies, or the buildup of hormones that your body makes.

When these toxins build up in your body, your kidneys and bowels can become overworked and clogged, making them stop working right.

Your liver will have to carry some of the weight when that happens. One of your liver's leading roles is metabolizing pile-up fat into usable energy for your body.

This means that some of the work your kidneys do will be done by your liver. So now your liver is too full, and it won't work as well as possible.

What happens when your bowels, kidneys, and liver get too full?

If that happens, your body will get rid of the toxins through your skin and lungs (your secondary channels of elimination). And when this happens, acne happens. Your skin will start to break out at this point.

But whatever toxic source is causing this problem. Acne is a warning indication that your kidneys and bowels are struggling to handle the amount of pollutants, waste products, or hormones that they are processing.

It's a sign that your liver's ability to clean up waste is getting worse (and it will continue to grow weaker if you do not do what it takes to get rid of the toxins in your body).

So, if you think acne is your only problem, think again. Your liver, kidneys, and bowels get weaker every time you break out.
